Riverside Park is Cambridge's largest community park (102 Hectares). There are a multitude of things to do. You can take a hike along one of the community trails or the boardwalk, take in a ball/soccer game, or play on one of its many playground structures or at the splash park. Bookable amenities include baseball fields, soccer fields, and volleyball courts. There is also a BMX park, skateboard park, open for daily use throughout the summer months. Four of our five picnic areas can be reserved (for a nominal fee) for your family or group.
If your organization is interested in using one of Riverside's playing fields, please contact us for a "Playing Field Request Form". This form is required to be completed prior to booking your field. To check the availability of specific fields, associated costs, and further details on reserving picnic sites, please contact Parks, Recreation and Culture at 519-740-4681 ext 4235.
